There are three sizes to choose from. The Super Shot 60 is a 60-gallon capacity unit, which features automatic digital controls. It is propane fired, with a heated hose and wand. This machine is designed for use on projects under 2,000 pounds of sealant per day. The Super Shot 60 is also available as a skid mount.
The Super Shot 125 unit is our mid-size unit that offers the best versatility. It is ideal for mid to large sized projects. The Super Shot 125 unit is diesel powered available with an optional compressor or a labor saving Auto-loader.
The 250-gallon Super Shot 250 is designed for large projects. This machine will out-perform any melter in its class and is available with many standard options.

SUPERIOR CONSTRUCTION All E-Z Pour melters have a galvanized corrosion resistant jacket that is painted with a two part Dupont epoxy paint. Under the jacket is a high efficiency ceramic insulation, which surrounds the melter chamber. The frame is a one-piece precision constructed frame designed for balance and easy towing. All melters feature a low profile and adjustable hitch.
ROUND TANK Configuration provides consistent clearance between the agitator and tank wall for complete agitation. Featuring a .187 wall thickness for lasting durability and a corrosion resistant galvanex jacket.

The diesel Crafco Patcher II is a double boiler that is digitally controlled to assure that material temperatures are held within specification ranges at all times. A swivel material delivery chute makes placing material fast and easy. To clean out, load the machine with dry aggregate - run agitator and empty - it's that easy. All machines are equipped with a safety shut on the lid to prevent injury during operation. Available in a one (Patcher I) and two (Patcher II) ton configuration. These machine are specifically designed to heat and apply TechCrete and PolyPatch patching material.

BAX 250 Bituminous Applicator

The BAX 250 is designed to heat and apply Crafco Flexible Marker Adhesive. The Crafco Marker Adhesive System includes both the Marker Adhesive and the Melter. This unit will heat 250 pounds of material to temperatures of 450°F, 125 pounds within on hour after startup. The unit is preset to volumetrically control shots at a dispensing rate of 20 shots per minute of four ounces each for high production. The digitally controlled BAX 250 features a flexible heated hose with a hand held wand. A 75,000 BTU/HR propane burner supplies the heat to the welded steel tank. The BAX is skid mounted for versatility.
CrackVac

The Crafco Self-Contained Crack-Vac is capable of thoroughly cleaning pavement cracks and joints suitable for proper crack sealing techniques to a minimum depth of one inch by means of vacuum. The unit conforms to all PM-10 pollution abatement standards. With a combination of a built in vacuum system as well as on board compressor, Cracks can be air routed and vacuumed in a single operation. The debris tank is 150 gallons and is equipped with a latched and hinged dump door and is designed to mechanically unload using a built in electric/hydraulic power pack.
